  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required.

How to Return:

You can return your product either by visiting one of our stores or shipping the product back to us.

Bringing your product directly to our store allows us to inspect the item and process your return quickly.

2. Return by Shipping:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at www.luxuryx.lk or 0777887447 (also available on WhatsApp). Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.

  2. Step 2: Return Authorisation

    After approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Step 3: Ship the Product

    Pack the item securely, including all original accessories, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is damaged or defective.

  4. Step 4: Inspection and Refund

    Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–14 business days, issued to the original payment method.
